ACAR Developer is one of the company from Kraków that belongs to Grupa Zasada which deals with construction since the end of the 1980s, when investments such as accommodation buildings, office buildings, production halls, a hotel or trade and leisure centre were started.
The 1990s brought next projects, which were completed with a full success. Together with development of activity and increased demand for construction it has been decided to establish a company, which will concentrate solely the investments from this branch.
ACAR Developer company has been established and it specializes in development activity. Thanks to numerous realized investments, the company possesses vast experience and high quality of investments results also from perfectly prepared management staff, who has bet on confirmed, thought through projects, modern materials, selected contractors and individual requirements of customers. Thanks to these several dozens of investments in different parts of Poland have been finalized.
