Sp. z o.o. is a part of Zasada Group - the Polish, private automotive holding.
The company was founded in 1995 and it’s commercial activity consists in distribution of spare parts and components for such trucks as JELCZ and STAR and such buses as AUTOSAN and JELCZ.
Magazyn Centralny Centrum Sp. z o.o. is an exclusive business representative of such manufacturers as: AUTOSAN S.A.- buses; Jelcz-Komponenty Sp. z o.o.- trucks and Fabryka Osi Napędowych S.A. – spare parts. In the offer there are components for automotive industry produced by other, Polish and foreign, companies as well. In total we have more than 20.000 parts and accersories.
The premises, with head office, is situated in Warsaw. Moreover, the company has three divisions located in Sanok, Jelcz-Laskowice and Starachowice, as well as, a well organized network of distributors in area of Poland.
