Sobiesław Zasada
S.A. holding
Autosan and
Jelcz. The
company took
care of commercial
activity, marketing,
market research
and development
what helped
to create a
common product
strategy of
Autosan and
Jelcz busses
and to low coasts
of the research
and development
activity. The
promises of
the company
in located in
Warsaw and it
has it’s
offices also
in Jelcz, Laskowice
and Sanok which
also have regional
spare parts
distributions. Shareholders
