31.05.2007 | Autosan’s anniversary
This year’s technical and commercial conference for motor transport companies, traditionally organised by Polskie Autobusy in Polańczyk and Sanok had a particularly solemn character. It was combined with the 175th anniversary of Autosan manufacturing plant – the oldest and at the same time one of the biggest plants of this type in Poland. The participants of the meeting, representing over 100 PKS companies from all over Poland and 20 companies co-operating with Autosan, were not only able to get together with the representatives of the plant, but also to visit the plant itself and learn about the technologies used and the way the manufacturing processes are organised. They have also seen the latest offer of Polskie Autobusy.

Between 28 and 29 May 2007 the VII Mass Transport Conference was held in Lubin. It is a cyclical, biannual conference. The conference participants had an occasion to see the two smallest buses included in the offer of Polskie Autobusy: a suburban Autosan H7-20MB Solina manufactured in Sanok and a city bus Jelcz M083C Libero manufactured in Jelcz. Both buses had previously been tested on the streets of the city, in normal city traffic, which is due to the fact that the purchase of a few vehicles of this type is currently being contemplated in Lubin.

08.05.2007 | Sobiesław Zasada in Vilnius
A collection of old cars owned by Stasys Brundza, a Lithuanian racing champion, is one of the most impressive in Europe and maybe even around the world. Little wonder that its first public display has become a real sensation in Vilnius. A lot of guests were invited, not only from Lithuania, but also from other countries. The guests included Sobiesław Zasada - a colleague of old-standing met at the races and an author of a book entitled "Safe Speed" which has been translated into Lithuanian.
