is a Holding
Company for
the Group Sobiesław
Zasada which
was established
in 1990 under
a name Zasada
Group.
The
main objects
of the company
are managing,
control and
taking decisions
of investment
concerning the
companies that
belong to the
Holding.
During
those 17 years
Holding Sobiesław
Zasada has been
developing and
gaining the
new companies.
At
the present
day it is one
of the biggest
holdings in
Poland and it
owns over 40
companies diversified
in the different
industries and
market sectors.
The big part
of the holding
is formed by
the biggest
in Poland dealership
DaimlerChrysler
that is responsible
for the sale
and services
of the following
car brands:
Mercedes, Chrysler,
Jeep, Dodge.
Other motor
companies are
also authorized
dealerships
of Audi, Volkswagen,
Seat and Subaru.
To the motor
sector belong
also other companies
the investments
of which are
diversified
in the assembly
of busses, heavy
duty trucks,
specialized
vehicles components
and parts.
The
holding provides
also services
of transportation,
logistics, custom
and insurance
on the polish
and international
market.
The
main motor coach
manufacturing
of the Group
are: Autosan
S.A., Jelcz
S.A. and Zakład
Przetwórstwa
Tworzyw sztucznych
PZL –
Mielec Sp. z
o.o. –
the global production
of composites
and rubber components.
Very
important role
in the Group
play services
based on the
GPS and GSM
systems
and products
that include
sophisticated
automotive alarm
systems and
vehicle theft
tracking systems:
“AutoSecurity”,
“Autocontrol”,
bus security
systems “Bus
Control”,
cargo monitoring
system “
CargoControl”
and electronic
tachograph that
also realizes
the functions
of “black
box”.
The
other activity
sector of the
Group are development
services. Our
companies realizes
their investments
in Cracow and
Warsaw and in
the close future
in Pyskowice.
One
of our Companies
has been importing
wine Since 2001
being able to
offer a large
portfolio of
quality wine
coming from
the wineries
all over the
world.
Adapting
to the needs
of the clients
and wanting
to offer them
the maximal
comfort and
quality we have
recently run
a modern online
supermarket.
Also
the companies
that work in
the tourist
sector and own
hotels, recreation
hotels belong
to the Group.
Lately
we have started
the construction
of the ski center
composed by
several ski
lifts and ski
gondolas.
