At the same
time according
to the resolution
of Extraordinary
General Meeting
the name of
the company
has been changed
from Sobiesław
Zasada Ltd Sp.
z o.o. to Sobiesław
Zasada S.A.
Danuta Piskorz
was named the
president of
the company
and Tomasz Kałwa
– it’s
vice-president.
