Cieślik appointed
President of
the Management
Board of ZS
Jelcz SA

During
the meeting
of the Supervisory
Board of ZS
Jelcz SA held
on 22 May this
year a change
has been introduced
as far as the
composition
of the Management
Board is concerned.
Andrzej Kalisz
was dismissed
from office
and replaced
by Marek Cieślik,
who at the same
time remained
in office as
the President
of Magazyn Centralny
Centrum Sp z
o.o.
Marek
Cieślik is a
graduate of
the Faculty
of Economics
and Sociology
and the Faculty
of Law and Administration
of the University
of Lodz. He
has been working
for the Zasada
Group since
1999, performing,
among other
things, the
function of
the President
of ZS Star SA,
InwestStar SA,
and lately of
MCC. Prior to
that he was
dealing with
restructuring
processes, as
well as managing
and improving
large business
organisations
such as the
Industrial Development
Agency, where
he performed
a number of
responsible
functions.
